Hello fellow brainies! We finally have the first official season 4 content, as the episode stills from the first two episodes of the season have been released. The episodes are titled “Are You Ready for Some Zombies?” and “Blue Bloody“, and they both look hilarious judging by the stills! The season premiere is only 8 days away now, so we’ll hopefully have a lot of updates in the coming week. All the stills have been added to our gallery, and you can check out an article on the season + the official synopsis for the premiere below.

Episode 4×01: Are you Ready for Some Zombies? – While investigating the murder of a superfan of the Seattle Seahawks, Liv has a surprising vision. Major mentors young, homeless zombies, while Ravi still carries a torch for Peyton. Blaine deals with a threat looming from his past.

The CW has released new photos for “Blue Bloody”, the second episode of iZombie’s fourth season. While the episode’s plot is currently a mystery, it appears that Liv Moore (Rose McIver) will eat the brain of a “rich, haughty dowager” in the episode, and it looks like that will have some pretty weird results.

Aside from Liv being on “dowager brain”, iZombie’s newest venture will give plenty for fans to take in. At the end of last season, “D-Day” came to fruition, turning Seattle into the zombie capital of the United States. According to McIver, this will make some interesting parallels to real-world political issues.

“The show has hinged on [zombies] being a secret for so long that [going forward], how was that going to transpire? What happens season 4?” McIver told ComicBook.com. “It’s sort of an authoritarian dictatorship, which obviously she doesn’t respond to, but she also knows that zombies and humans co-existing is an incredible stretch. How do we find a way that makes everybody feel safe, that makes nobody feel marginalized? It’s so on-point politically right now, it’s something I’m really proud to be a part of that in a comedy, zombie, fun show, still kind of is making comment about how we treat other and how we respond to having to coexist and tolerate and understand each other’s opinions.”

“We’re going to pick up next season three months later, and the United States has walled off Seattle like it’s West Berlin,” showrunner Rob Thomas previously told ComicBook.com. “Chase is hanging on by a very thin thread; it’s like every day is the Cuban missile crisis. Brains are coming in, but they aren’t getting as many as they expected, and zombies are hungry. In fact, the opening sequence in season four is going to follow a brain from the moment a man dies somewhere in Texas to the moment it reaches the brain tube and is ingested by a Seattle zombie. In fact, it’s even going to start earlier than that. We’re going to see a commercial on TV; we want to get someone like Laura Linney making a commercial pleading for the people of the United States to sign their brain donor card.”

iZombie’s fourth season will debut on February 26th at 9/8c on The CW. “Blue Bloody” will air on March 5th.

It’s finally November 17!! Which means Rose’s new Christmas movie “A Christmas Prince” is now out on Netflix. I watched the film first thing this morning, and it’s just the cutest holiday film! Hello Rose fans! Yesterday, Rose attended the Fan Expo Vancouver alongside her iZombie co-stars Rahul Kohli, Malcolm Goodwin, Robert Buckley and Aly Michalka. The greeted and took photos with fans, held an iZombie panel and signed autographs. Photos from the panel have now been added to our gallery! I won’t post photos from the photoshoots to our gallery out of respect for the people who paid to take them, but head over to our twitter account where we’ve RTed some of those who shared their photos.

Parts of the cast’s panel have also been added to YouTube. I’ve put together a playlist with all available videos so far, which you can find at the bottom of this post! I really love the cast’s chemistry, they are such a joy to watch.

Since news are slow at the moment, I decided to share this rare old treat with you all! I recently came across a never before seen interview with Rose from 2009, taken during the “The Lovely Bones” promotion tour. I’m not really sure who the interview was for, but Rose looks so young and cute! I have uploaded the interview to our YouTube account (you can check it out below), and added screen captures to our gallery.

Hello friends! After a busy couple of weeks, I’ve finally had the time to update our site, gallery and YouTube page with all the latest “Behind The Brains” content. For those of you who have been living under a rock the last two iZombie seasons, #BehindTheBrains is what the cast and crew of the show have decided to tag all their filming and on set content on social media. It’s become popular among the fans, and we’ve been doing our best to keep you updated weekly on everything they’ve been up to on our very own Behind The Brains page for the last two seasons. So far it seems the cast have completed episode 5 of the new season, in which Rose takes on the personality of an ice hockey player.

On our season 4 “Behind the Brains” page, you can easily navigate between the different weeks of filming, get easy access to photos and videos, and learn what the cast is currently up to. I’ve been slacking with updates lately due to a hectic period, but I’ll continue to update it weekly like we did before! I have also added all the photos the cast and crew have shared so far which I could find to our gallery, which you can find at the links below. Videos have been uploaded to our account here (these are also embedded on their right weeks at our page).

This weekend, Rose was a guest at the Rose City Comic-Con! Thanks to Ashley Davies, we have 64 beautiful HQ photos of Rose during her panel, which you can find in our gallery. There’s not much information about Rose’s visit yet, but we’ll set up a page for the convention as soon as more is available. The convention is held in Portland, and this is what they write on their official website:

Portland’s premier pop-culture event, Rose City Comic Con is produced locally with a focus on creating a fun and friendly event for everyone! While our primary focus is that of comics, comic creators, and the creative process, Rose City Comic Con also provides its attendees with access to gaming, sci-fi, cosplay, anime, fantasy, and everything in between. Our goal is to provide you with a rewarding, fun, and family-friendly event experience.

More – yes more! – photos of Rose have been added to our gallery today, this time from Entertainment Weekly’s annual San Diego Comic-Con party. Rose sparkled at the party in a Derek Lam 10 Crosby Resort 2018 outfit, styled by Annabelle Harron. I love how she went for such a bold look for the evening, as it’s the complete opposite of the cute iZombie and TV Guide Fan Favorite panel ones. She looked amazing, and the high quality photos are a real treat. 19 photos from the party can now be found in our photo gallery, swoop in and check them out yourself…

Here comes a post dedicated solely to one of our favorite parts of San Diego Comic-Con – Photoshoots! We’ve been blessed with more shoots than we can count on one hand this weekend, and they’re all so pretty. My personal favorite will have be Rose’s solo portrait, which has become one of my favorite Rose photos of all time. All the group photos are also worthy of a special mention, the iZombie cast have such an amazing chemistry.

I have added a total of 9 new photoshoots to start our collection off, but I think we’ll have access to even more soon. Keep staying tuned, and dive on in and enjoy the new additions…
