An update on the site progress

We have been working really hard on re-building our site this week, and we’ve made quite a good progress! All our information pages have now been updated, including the Style Files. Once we complete the full site, we’ll also update the timeline and style rundown with all of Rose’s latest events. The Multimedia pages (except twitter avatars and headers – those are coming up soon!) and Fanzone pages are all back, and we’ve even added some new additions! The Press Library is also up again, though we’ve lost quite a lot of articles. I will work on re-adding those this weekend. We have created a brand new Video Archive as well, which I think is even better then the old one! It doesn’t have as many videos yet, but it’s a lot easier to browse and more organized then our old one. We hope you’ll like it!

Now all that’s left is to update all our career pages (most are done, though – just missing the filmography and television projects) and re-make our graphics archive. We should have everything back up by the end of the week! Then we’ll start working on the gallery, as we lost about 10 000 photos. Those too should be up very soon… Thanks for the patience!

Video archive update – 5 new short films added

We have added 5 of Rose’s short films to our video archive today! These are some of our favorites, and they really showcase Rose’s versatility. You can watch them by clicking each thumbnail below, or you can go to the full “Short Films” category by clicking here.

The videos added are “The Answers” (2015), “Flying” (1998), “The Dinner Party” (2012), the Wild Wild Horses music video/short film Rose did last year, which was directed by her co-star and best friend Jennifer Morrison and “So Fresh So Keen – a 48 hours shortfilm” (2008).

Random content, video archive and gallery updates

The last two-three days, Sara and I have been working hard on our information pages, photo gallery and video archives. There have been a lot of updates; some we’ll make separate posts for, but the smaller ones are all summed up here for you! The career pages are something we have worked very hard on, and hope you’ll have fun surfing through. There’s now a separate information page for every single one of Rose’s films, including all her television movies – enjoy!

We hope you’ll like the new additions to our site, and remember that you can always come with requests for things you would like to see us add. Just contact us through twitter, or send us an email 🙂

Career pages updates, video archive and more

Hello Rose fans! Yesterday and today were mostly spent just working on random parts of our website, so here’s a little catch up post on what we’ve been doing. We have began working on the filmography section of our site, with “Brightest Star” and “Blinder” being the first two pages added. Here you’ll find information and trivia on the projects, links to related media and press stuff and more. We’ll continue to work on the pages the next coming weeks, hopefully completing one or two films per day. Tomorrow I’ll also continue working on our iZombie page.

As we wrote on our twitter page a few days back, we’ve moved our video archive back to our main page. You can now access it here (it also has a new look, which we think is easier to navigate), and there’s been quite a few new videos added! Check out all the latest additions in the “recent posts” at the left.

Our gallery has been caught up with screen captures of all latest interviews, panels and other videos which we have posted lately, so make sure you take a look at the latest added albums. We have also changed around on our Movie Productions category, and we hope you’ll like the new set up!

We assume Rose will take a couple of days/weeks off to relax now that the second season of iZombie is both completed and done airing, so we’ll take this opportunity to work hard on our site content! If there is anything you would like to see us add or work on, feel free to send us an email. That’s all for today!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSE MCIVER!

The day is finally here, and we here at Rose McIver Online wants to wish her a Happy, HAPPY birthday!! We’ve been celebrating here at the site for over a week now (make sure you browse through our last 2-3 pages in the news archive to see all the updates), and continue today… For the special occasion, we’ve created our own birthday video for Rose; a video showcasing some of her career moments from 1994 to 2015. As well as some of our favorite Rose clips! It’s 15 minutes long, and packed with great Rose clips. We hope you enjoy it – and we would appreciate all help trying to share this with Rose on twitter! We’d love it if it got to her, so she could see how much we adore her. Have fun watching!

Video archive back up and running!

Hello Rose fans! As the title says, our video archive is now back up and running. It’ll take some time for it to get back to how it was before we lost everything, but there’s already 20+ videos in there. I’m gonna start adding film and TV clips next, but this is time-consuming: as I have to cut out the scenes, convert them etcetera. So please stay patient with us while we get it all back up again! In the meanwhile, I hope you’ll enjoy what’s already there. Have fun browsing!
