This weekend, Rose was a guest at the Rose City Comic-Con! Thanks to Ashley Davies, we have 64 beautiful HQ photos of Rose during her panel, which you can find in our gallery. There’s not much information about Rose’s visit yet, but we’ll set up a page for the convention as soon as more is available. The convention is held in Portland, and this is what they write on their official website:

Portland’s premier pop-culture event, Rose City Comic Con is produced locally with a focus on creating a fun and friendly event for everyone! While our primary focus is that of comics, comic creators, and the creative process, Rose City Comic Con also provides its attendees with access to gaming, sci-fi, cosplay, anime, fantasy, and everything in between. Our goal is to provide you with a rewarding, fun, and family-friendly event experience.

Source | The fierce star of iZombie, Rose McIver dropped by Wizard World Chicago to chat with her fans and it was great! (If you aren’t watching, check out these 14 reasons to watch iZombie RIGHT NOW!) iZombie is going into it’s third season in 2017 on the CW and after one of the BEST finales ever, fans couldn’t wait to ask Rose their burning questions. Our very own Lindi moderated her panel and here is what we learned:
1. Rose hates the taste of the yucky gelatin brain substance, so she uses a spit bucket!
2. In Season 3, we will get to see Liv as a dominatrix and a hippie.
3. It takes about 1.5 hours for Rose to get into full zombie makeup.
4. It takes about 1.5 hours for the makeup crew to tame Rahul Kohli’s hair.
5. Her favorite “brain” was the magician, mostly because she got to learn the magic tricks and loved it.
6. Season 3 will start about 3 minutes after the ending of the Season 2 finale.
7. Brain she would most want to eat? Steven Avery, so she could finally learn the truth.
8. She would love to do a crossover with The Flash or the other CW superhero shows, because Liv is a hero too!
9. Her favorite shows growing up were Full House, Simpsons, The Nanny and Friends.
10. She is delightful. (That was our observation, but still. FACT!)
We can’t flippin’ wait for Season 3 of iZombie and now we are even more pumped! What was your favorite brain that Liv ate? Hit the comments and tell us!
iZombie returns to the CW in 2017.

Cuteness alert! Remember that it was announced Rose’s iZombie character would become a SDDCC Funko Pop! Exclusive? Funko has released an article explaining (and showing!) how the Olivia Moore pop! came to life. Read on for details – and click the “Continue Reading” button for the full story.

Source | We recently announced the Olivia Moore Pop! as a SDCC 2016 exclusive, and we are so thrilled to add iZombie to the Pop! family! We thought it would be fun to show you the step-by-step process of how this Pop! was created!

Knowing that the concept artist Greg Ham is a big iZombie fan, we asked him what it was like to be tasked with the job of designing this Olivia Moore Pop!

“As a huge fan of the iZombie television show, it was VERY exciting to hear that we had secured the license to create Pop!s for the series,” said Greg. “What I love about working on Funko’s Art Team is that we are almost always assigned projects based on what we are interested in so that we put our passion for the property into our work. I really think that passion is reflected in the final product. I truly hope iZombie fans are as excited and pleased with the Olivia Moore POP as I am.”

Find this Pop! at SDCC this year – and keep an eye out for more from iZombie soon!

Stage 1: Concept Art  This concept art is then submitted to the licensor for review! Liv was designed by Greg Ham.

Our gallery has been updated with all the latest photos Rose has shared on her instagram. She has had a pretty busy month! She was at her friend Julian Dennison’s film “Hunt for the wilderpeople” screening, and held a Q&A for the movie at the Arclight Cinema in Los Angeles after the show. Julian hosted a couple of Q&As across the weekend of July 23-25, and Rose moderated the 25th one.

Hunt for the Wilderpeople is a 2016 New Zealand adventure comedy-drama film written and directed by Taika Waititi who co-produced with Carthew Neal, Leanne Saunders and Matt Noonan and co-starred as the Minister, based on the book Wild Pork and Watercress by Barry Crump and stars Sam Neill and Julian Dennison with supporting roles done by Rhys Darby, Rima Te Wiata, Rachel House, Oscar Kightley, Tioreore Ngatai-Melbourne, Troy Kingi, Cohen Holloway, Stan Walker, Mike Minogue, Hamish Parkinson and Lloyd Scott. The film premiered In Competition at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on 22 January 2016.

The following day, Rose appeared on the set of Broods’ new music video “Heartline“. She was there with her good friend and “Blinder” co-star Oliver Ackland. We hope to have more information on what exactly it was she did at the set soon.

We have also added all the other photos she has posted; captions can be found below the thumbnails. We’ll be posting events where the only available photos are from her instagram in the instagram section from now on, to avoid cluttering up the Appearances category. We want to keep that one for HQ photos mostly. Enjoy the new photos!

Exciting news! Our very own Olivia Moore is now a Funko pop! Read on fore more information, and check out the first photos of Funko pop Liv below.

If there’s one company at San Diego Comic-Con that’s blown up the last few years – it’s Funko. Their exclusives are some of the hardest to get, but they’re also some of the best. Word on the street is that they’ll be moving to a Sails ticket distribution process this year – but they won’t be revealing the exact booth procedures until closer to San Diego Comic-Con.

Their “summer exclusive” exclusives – as well as likely more – should be available outside of the convention, typically in places like Hot Topic and Barnes & Noble.

Here’s a look at their offerings for 2016.
